About Patrick

Patrick & 3c Building, has proudly been building and remodeling homes for over 40 years. Founded by a self-taught craftsman with a deep passion for woodworking, the journey began in 1980 when he designed and hand-built his very first home on his own acreage near Yosemite Valley. Using native Ponderosa Pine, Douglas Fir, and Red Cedar, he personally milled each beam to construct a 2,000-square-foot timber-framed home—a true labor of love and craftsmanship.

From those humble beginnings, driven by gratitude and a commitment to quality, he expanded his expertise across nearly every facet of residential construction. Whether restoring historic homes, designing custom builds, or remodeling kitchens and living spaces, his approach has always been the same: hands-on, thoughtful, and deeply personal.

Today, 3c Building is known not only for its exceptional craftsmanship but for the care and respect shown to every client. With an unwavering attention to detail and a genuine concern for each person’s needs, every project is approached with the same integrity and dedication that started it all over four decades ago.
