Mill Valley Contemporary
A state of the art, green-solar residence in Mill Valley. I design-engineered and built this home to have zero electrical public utility costs. We achieved this benchmark by installing two lighting systems, one LED minimal drain system used during peak grid use times and another, more ascetically appealing high intensity low voltage lighting for the off peak usage time. As a result the home exceeded the original specs by actually producing more power, feeding surplus electricity back into the grid system.
